Where are your products made?
We make all our products at our home in Grantsville, UT. We have 3 different lasers in our garage, and our kids help with what they can :)
What is your shipping and returns policy?
Shipping Policy
All orders are usually processed between 1-3 business days from the day the order is placed, and shipped within 5-8 business days after processing.
Shipping rates will vary depending on your purchase since our products vary in size and weight.
Return Policy
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Due to our products being handmade, all sales items are final and non-refundable.
What's you story?
We opened Jorgie Spark in 2020, and started with etching glass. I found a laser for sale on fb in 2021 and instantly got addicted. I now have 3 lasers and can engrave multiple medias including wood, leather, stone, acrylic, and metal.
